Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our webshop and the purchase of products from 13 Greens s.r.o.
General information
Prices
All prices are stated in EUR and include local VAT and taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All orders are subject to availability and stock.
Payment
We accept VISA and Mastercard. Payment is debited from your account only once the order is dispatched. All amounts are charged in EUR. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders for items that are out of stock or discontinued.
Delivery
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next business day. Full details are described in our Shipping Policy.
Right of withdrawal
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases. See our Refund Policy for conditions and exclusions.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. For complaints, contact us at office@13greens.com. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
