Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
Return conditions
- You must bear the direct costs of returning the items.
- Withdrawal must be reported to us within 14 days after receipt.
- Notification must be sent by email to office@13greens.com.
- After notification, you must return the shipment within 14 days.
- You cannot withdraw simply by refusing the parcel without giving clear written notice.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
- Custom-made goods or items with a clear personal touch.
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Digital content not delivered on a physical medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used and you may receive only a partial refund or no refund, depending on its commercial value.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return.
Right of complaint (warranty)
A 2-year right of complaint applies in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and covers defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the situation, the item may be repaired, exchanged, refunded or its price reduced. The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect handling or misuse. You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. For valid claims, we cover return shipping to a reasonable extent.
